Starting from July 1, 2021 the new regulation will apply to electric motors cage induction, single-speed, three-phase, with a frequency of 50 Hz, 60 Hz or 50-60 Hz with: – Speed from 2 to 8 poles – Nominal voltage (Un) up to 1000 V – Power rating (Pn) between 0.12 kW and 1000 kW – Features based on continuous operation – suitability to DOL staring For further infos info@saerindo.com The major differences related to SAER® products will be: – Minimum efficiency requirements to be applied on 8 poles motors as well – The new minimum efficiency requirements will apply on motors starting from 0,12 up to 1000kW – Mandatory IE3 efficiency level for 3-phase motors with rated output from 0.75 to 1000 kW (the IE2 + VSD alternative will no longer be allowed in EEA) – Mandatory IE2 efficiency level for 3-phase motors with rated output from 0.12 kW and below 0.75 kW.
